Conscious Subconscious Dynamics
Conscious subconscious dynamicsCSD is a theory of the mind that focuses on discovering, understanding, and resolving mental conflicts that a person may be experiencing between their two minds.
The foundation of CSD is that we have both a conscious mind and subconscious mind, and each of these two minds operate differently. Our two minds utilize different information, process information differently, and have different objectives. It is the dynamics of these differences that create mental conflicts. This is why a person can sometimes feel as if their mind is pulling them in two different directions. The person's two minds are in conflict and each mind is trying to establish control. CSD is designed to assist people with changing their thoughts and emotions by first discovering what conflicts they have, then understanding why these conflicts exists, and finally taking actions to resolve these conflicts. |

The 7 needs of the mindOne of the key concepts of CSD is that, while each of us operates with different beliefs, rules, values, and triggers, we all have the same basic needs that govern our thoughts and emotions.
These 7 needs are divided between the two minds. 3 of the needs are controlled by the conscious mind, 3 of them are controlled by the subconscious mind, and the final central need is controlled by both minds. Needs of the Subconscious Mind:
These 7 needs are what govern all your thoughts, emotions, and decisions. They are what really control how you live your life and what you are able to achieve. |
